A Nosy Rosy Mystery

Murdering Oscar Wilde

Murdering Oscar Wilde

Rosalie (Rosy) Potter, the never-say-die founder of The Pitchkettle Players, an amateur drama group in the small, southern town of Marbury, NC, hopes the theater will get a much-needed arts grant if the troupe puts on a classic play, Oscar Wilde’s ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’.

Blotting up the theater’s red ink is hard enough, but when the leading man, Hollywood heart-throb Tyler Ridge, is arrested for murdering his father, Rosy must find the real killer so that the show can go on, and prevent the colorful cast of townspeople from ‘murdering’ Oscar Wilde.

Her weapons include a nose that sniffs out clues, wry humor, outrageous high heels that hurt her feet, a long-suffering husband, a rebellious teenaged daughter led astray by a glamorous starlet, and ShoeBooties Café.

Join Nosy Rosy in this wonderful fun-filled romp that takes you behind the scenes of a fascinating world and keeps you laughing.
